Our 4‑storey family-friendly home in historic Caxinas (a traditional fishing neighbourhood) blends local charm with modern comfort.
The ground floor features a secure garage and a separate laundry room.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area—with an extendable table for up to 10 guests—plus a separate living room with a 55″ Smart TV. The kitchen includes a coffee & tea corner, toaster, 32″ TV, and opens onto a sunny outdoor patio with a dining area and barbecue.

The second floor offers two bedrooms, including the master suite with a king-size bed, a work desk and chair ideal for remote work, and a second double bedroom. A locked storage room for cleaning staff is also on this floor.

The third floor contains two more double bedrooms and a spacious hallway.

The house features hard-wired mesh Wi-Fi routers on every floor with 1 Gbps fibre internet. Heating is provided throughout. Families will appreciate the baby cot and two high chairs, and all essentials are included in your stay: towels, shower gel, shampoo, cookware, and kitchen basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

You’ll enjoy full privacy (no immediate neighbours on either side) and proximity to everything: the beach is 200 m away, the metro to Porto is a 15‑minute walk, and you’ll find local restaurants, shops, pharmacies, post office, and supermarkets all within walking distance.
