The House

Our 4‑storey family-friendly home in the historic Caxinas neighbourhood (a traditional fishing district) combines local charm with modern comfort.
Moving inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find a secure garage and a separate laundry room.

Heading upstairs, the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with an extendable table that accommodates up to 10 people, as well as a separate living room equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV. The kitchen includes a coffee and tea nook, a toaster, a 32-inch TV, and access to a sunny patio with a dining area and barbecue.

Continuing to the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, including the master suite with a king-size bed, desk, and chair perfect for remote work, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed. This floor also features a locked storage closet for the cleaning team.

The third floor features two additional double bedrooms and a spacious hallway.

The house has wired mesh Wi-Fi routers on every floor, with 1 Gbps fibre optic internet. The entire house is heated. For families, we provide a crib and two high chairs, and all essentials are included in the stay: towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchen utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

You’ll enjoy complete privacy (no immediate neighbours on either side) and proximity to everything: the beach is 200 meters away, the metro to Porto is a 15-minute walk away, and there are restaurants, shops, pharmacies, post offices, and supermarkets within walking distance.
